If required, act as a broker to identify training vendor for your training need. Take the hassle out of spending hours finding and deciding who to use.
Provide systems, simple to complex, to manage the learning process. Solutions that can use your existing business tools or make use of internet hosting arrangements or aim for propriety systems.
Establish training plans that identify training scope, delivery, budget and timeline.
Design and publish assessment tools to suit your business and if applicable, align with VET qualification competency requirements.
Identify areas where e-learning will benefit, e.g. regulatory training and then determine solutions to deliver this learning.
Reward training with a qualification. Where possible, align training assessment with training packages, which in turn can result in qualifications or statements of attainment via registered training organisations.
